Villa La Punta is a new Villa which will be launched in summer 2024, as part of the Holiday-Naxos collection.

It is a very elegant villa composed by 4 buildings, made around a little square, where to meet like in the small villages on Naxos. There is also a “river” running through the square which then ends up in the pool. An overflow “infinity” pool 4 x 12 meters with fantastic view to the sea and the sunset. The villa will also have a jacuzzi again with great sea view.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5,5 bathrooms (of which one of them is an outdoor full bathroom). In the main building there is a wonderful living room, huge kitchen, dispenser, half bathroom, an office space and a master suite. There are two other building each with 2 bedrooms (one of them with bathrooms ensuite), while the other has one shared bathroom and a small kitchenette.

The 4th. building is the place where most of our guest will spend a lot of time. It is the pergola zone, with a BIG outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining table and a sitting area x enjoy great sunsets.

Around the pool there will also be plenty of space to sit and enjoy the great sea view!
