A Super modern design house – Brand new – Villa Sorriso (means SMILING HOUSE) was completed in July 2021. The villa has 5 bedrooms, each designed for maximum privacy and relax. One of the bedrooms is designed for children or teenagers can that room can sleep 4 persons. The villa has a wonderful Private overflow pool and a nice big jacuzzi! Villa Sorriso is located in FLIP FLOP distance the famous beach of Plaka. Actually at the end of Plaka beach, which is a beautiful long sandy beach, running all the way from Ag. Anna to Orkos, where the Villa is situated.

Villa Sorriso is a BIG house distributed on several floors and in two separate buildings. On the main floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a nice living room with a in-build sofa and a guest toilet. On the lower floor you will find a nice big bedroom with private bathroom and exit to the garden. On the 1st. floor there is another bedroom with bathroom ensuite with fantastic sea view. Connected to the Villa there is a separate building with 3 bedrooms, each with private entrance, so each guest can come and go without interfering with the other guests. “Ideal” for teenagers and young adults arriving late after a night in the Town hoping to not disturb their parents.

The Villa sleeps 12 comfortably (all beds are built-in) but can accommodate up to 14 people, if we use movable guest beds. Villa Sorriso has a large and beautiful private garden where you can park your car, enjoy the nature and relax. The EXCEPTIONAL OUTDOOR AREA, is very well equipped with big dining table in the shade, outdoor kitchen, a big pool and a JACUZZI.
