A Super nice big house – Concluded in 2021! Villa Unica has 4 bedrooms, each designed for maximum privacy and relax. The villa has a wonderful pool and a nice big jacuzzi! Villa Unica is located on the hills of Mikri Vigla “south-west” position, so the sun is never missing. Villa Unica is a BIG house distributed on 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped big kitchen with a wonderful island, a nice living room with a in-build sofa, a laundry  and a full bathroom. On the 1st. floor you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom.. On the 2nd. floor we have placed the master bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a big terrace with fantastic sea view.

The Villa sleeps 8-10 comfortably (all beds are built-in), if we use movable guest beds. Villa Unica has a large and beautiful private garden where you can park your car, enjoy the nature and relax. The EXCEPTIONAL OUTDOOR AREA, is very well equipped with big dining table, outdoor kitchen, a lounge area, a big pool and a JACUZZI.
